Michael T Rose, opened MTR Construction in 2007 with one goal in mind. He wanted to set himself apart from the common notions associated with the construction industry. Mike had taken an interest in clients and wanted to bring a higher level of customer service and pride to his work.

As a kid, Mike was always fascinated with building things. He loved taking them apart and putting them back together again just to learn how they were made. His desire for learning the science behind building grew as he got older and he realized he wanted to pursue a life in the construction world. He started working as a laborer and quickly moved up the ranks. He became a foreman, then superintendent and at last promoted to Project Management. After working many years for a general contractor and for some of the largest developers in the US, Mike knew it was his time.

In 2007, after earning his General Contractors License, MTR Construction Inc was formed. He later earned specialty licenses in concrete (C-8) and electrical (C-10). Since its inception, the company has been hard at work to become a respected name in the industry. Mike uses the Design-Build Method to ensure design, budgets and customer satisfaction needs are met. Worksites are always kept cleaned and he employs a loyal team of well-trained craftsmen that each specialize in their own areas. In 2016, the company connected with HGTV first premiering on House Hunters Renovations and Christina on The Coast. Today, the company has grown to have different divisions which include: MTR Construction, MTR Designs, MTR Consulting and MTR Developments. The company still focuses on the same goal that drove Mike to pursue his dream. The company’s clients are always the priority and it prides itself on creating luxury spaces built to last.
